When we click to select times to drop off there should be a warning that automatically tells us we cannot choose times when they are closed. The staff person called me to change my drop off time during their regular business hours. While I appreciate the staff, I don't want to rely on that (in case I don't pick up in time or something else comes up). Otherwise I had a very smooth and easy process and genuinely enjoyed interacting with both of the staff there.
