Great customer service
Eric GDaphne was amazing! The pickup process was fast and easy. The vehicle was in good working order. Turn in was just as good. I highly recommend this location.

Holly QStaff at pick up Location was not only rude but she told about the inaccuracy of fuel was even more rude. It marked us having 3/4 of a tank, but it only had half a tank. We returned it with almost 3/4 and I just saw my bill with a surcharge of 3 gallons of fuel. She said there would be a note in the system about my phone call yesterday describing the difference in paperwork of the amount of fuel. I will be going to the drop off location today to verify they added 3 gallons of fuel not too sure how that’s even a possibility unless they drove it to the gas station or did they just guess? Sounds to me like you guys have a full scam going on fuel and I’m gonna bring this attention to the Internet. Still waiting for my response regarding the variation and fuel she said I would be contacted so far. I have not received a phone call but I did receive a surcharge bill. This is ridiculous.
