Had to drive an hour out of are way to get trailer.than nobody was there to do the paperwork or to hook up the trailer. Had to wait for an hour to get someone to hook it up.

Auto drop off. I human connections needed.
Michael GNo one at the store. No instructions on how to check out trailer. Called U-Haul and they didn’t have the trailer in their system. Told me to just take it anyway. This was after U-Haul switched my pickup location 60 miles away from the original location. Cost me time and money. Completely unacceptable.
