Although its a small parking lot they are trying their best to manage it, so have patience. I was disappointed in the fact that the employees were not trained on the system. ( They are a new dealer I understand) the area field rep had to come out and do our contract, when returning the equipment the next day a different employee didn't know how to check in items, didn't have the equipment. She had to call the 800 number and have me do the check-in manually. I suggest before launching dealers adequate training is provided to the staff, I felt bad for them, they were trying all they could to help, but were never trained they stated.
SHAWNA JI had to do it over the phone from the location. The girl helping me was totally lost. It took 45 minutes to get it done. The young mar at the rental place was ok.
