We stood there for two hours, trying to get our trailer. We have not had good experience with U-Haul.. we had a trailer rented a month ago from go-go Rental and the computer and website. Let us pick that site to pick it up at 10 o’clock on Saturday. Well we got up there and the store is not even open on Saturday. we drove 10 hours to pick that trailer up. We will probably never rent from U-Haul again this last time. At Mark‘s Fleet store it took two hours. They said the trailer wasn’t even there. I was parked in front of it so I knew the trailer was there filled everything out online like I was supposed to and then it would not let him rent the trailer to me after two hours. He finally got it done.

AMANDA WRuss was my customer service rep. He was great. He explained all the details and walked out to the truck with me to make sure everything was in good shape. He was also there when I returned the truck and he made the process simple and straightforward with no worries. I would highly recommend the U-Haul facility at Mark's Fleet Farm in Perham, MN.

Adam SI picked a truck and had request 4 dozen pads, got 18. Why ask for requested amount of pads if I can't get them, disappointed. Also, trucks gas was not full, it was just over 3/4 tank. Equipment was great, clean and appreciated.
KERRY SOnline information need to rent the dolly was somewhat a pain In the butt for the employee. Questions were somewhat repetitive. They did well I appreciate Mark's hardware do dillagence.
DANIEL BEven though I reserved a trailer weeks in advance, I had to drive around all day to get one. First I was notified that my reservation had changed to a town 2 hours away. Then when I got there, they didn’t have the trailer I reserved and sent me 2.5 hours the other direction to get a trailer
LARRY LBooked the rental in one location, had to drive 30 miles to pick it up. Had to drop it back off 20 miles away from my, local, original location booking location. The second booking, three days later was slightly better experience.
