Steven LDon't call your customer 3 hours before they are to pick up a truck and change their reservation. I was supposed to get a 26' truck and U-Haul changed it to a 10' but still wants to charge me mileage when obviously it was going to take me more trips with the smaller truck. It was very discouraging and upsetting when moving is already a stressful time. I had to rent a Penske truck as well or I would be still moving. U-Haul also changed my location for pick up and was further away for me. I would honestly say I hope you do pay attention to these surveys and take it seriously and try to make things right with me if that can't happen at least with your future customers because it would be hard for to come back as a customer. JAY CThe man that took care of us failed to do his job correctly in his "estimate" of total cost. When I called back to ask how much cost for another day rental his response was the same as the day before. When I turned it back in the milage I was charged triple THE AMOUNT than I expected. IF he Had he did his job correctly in the estimation process I WOULD HAVE NOT GOT IT FOR THE 2ND DAY. It is quite disappointing and very careless act of my overpayment due to your employee job lazyness.

JOHN FU started out being nice n helpful to my brother. He rented a covered trailer n u were not understanding about him being late returning it. When we move ourselves in the next 30 days we will go to a U- hale we will go too the one on McKinney Ave n Lafayette St. Will not rent from U.

Marcella JJust had an overall bad experience across the board with U-Haul. My reservation got switched around 2 times and I had to pickup way farther than my original reservation. Then, once I got it, they cancelled the extra 2 days I had booked so I had to call and get it figured out. Then, one of the cables on the U-Haul was broken from the previous customer so I had to deal with that. Just overall the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul and no discount or anything. Waited on the phone for hours trying to talk to an actual human.

BRIAN Swe rented the uhaul for 48 hours, but kept it only 24 hours. we received no offer of refund for the time that we did not use the vehicle.

RUSSELL AThe wheel almost fell of the Uhaul because there were only two untightened lug nuts on the wheel. I almost died and everyone's response was an acute lack of enthusiasm followed by sorry.
IVAN BThe truck itself had driving issues. It shook violently when it was accelerated above 40 mph. Its almost like the transmission is about to go out. I highly suggest this gets checked, esp with this bad weather.

James HThe online people need to be better on there reservations i reserved a 20 ft truck only to get a 15 ft making my packing the truck and making my moving more difficult they it had to be. And the Uhaul truck need to be services drove real sluggish.
Ta'Kisha WI originally was scheduled with Dealz Unlimited down the street from this location. They were supposed to be open at 9 am which was the time I wanted to pickup the truck. We waited and tried to call the location. They did not pickup and the 1 800 uhaul number had a long wait time so I didn't want to wait. We wanted to get out move started. Went down the street to this location and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Helped us right away and had everything we needed. They have been a pillar of the community for a long time with their business. I got a sleepy phone call at 11 am from the original location asking why I called.... avoid Dealz and frequent Marks!
