Your app sucks. I had already preregistered, but was forced to do it again once I was ready to pick up truck. The location was in the boonies so had bad internet. There was zero customer service available online or in the pick up location. It took me 45 min to finally be able to drive off with the truck, which made me late. The whole experience made me decide to never rent from y'all again, and I will not recommend anyone else to either. Bring back real person options. Until then, y'all suck bad.
