Gina Sthe lock box for the keys and the location for the truck are in 2 completely separate areas. it’s annoying and inconvenient to have to drive back and forth to get all the correct information
Savannah EWhen I arrived at the location; the key was not actually available and the store was temporarily closed. The vehicle was located in a lot next door that was not plowed or shoveled from the previous snow storm and the vehicle was covered in snow. I had to remove the snow from the vehicle which I was not prepared to do and put me behind schedule.
Mitchell LPlease update prior damage records on vehicle. The system uses “X”s placed on the vehicle for prior damage. Some damage from a minor sideswipe should be marked. Otherwise very nice vehicle and pleasant experience without any price padding. Very pleased.
Joseph DAfter dropping off the vehicle at the exact location per uhaul instructions provided The store attendant demanded I go park it somewhere else for him because he was busy working on a phone. That is not my job but his and he refused to take care of that himself. That was very rude as uhaul instructions originally provided did not mention dropping vehicle off at a different address and coming back to that store to drop key off. Very bizarre

Jane TWasn't location that i booked. Located at some shady cell phone repair shop. Than was told it was at a3rd location in some empty lot.
Jason WI was charged for equipment that was not there. I called the line and tried to ger the dollies from another location . I went to the location and they did not have it either. They assured me I was not going to get charged for it and I did anyway.

Edward MThis is the worst uhaul rental experience I have had. The reservation was accepted and then transferred to this location. It was to pick up at 9:30 am and the location was closed. I tried to use the web and app and they did not work.

When I got there they told me my U-Haul was not available despite my confirmation email the man at the exon station looked at me like I had 2 heads and didn’t offer to help so I called U-Haul again. . They sent us to a new location and we luckily got a truck. This was quite frustrating after I traveled 2 hours from out of town.

Gary GThe 20 foot truck that I had rented felt like the transmission was about to fall out. I don’t know if they do regular service on them but I don’t think so. I had a my cousin who’s a mechanic and he was helping me move and he works on you guys uhaul equipment when it breaks down and he even said there was something wrong with the truck. Don’t think I will use this site again
David SThe "oil change" light was on when i picked up the vehichle. I didn't have any issues and my total miles were less than 25. It was still a little concerning.

TYLER AWhile the truck performed well, the interior was dirty and the 2" tow kit was not on the receiver. Was told tow kit was stolen and would need to purchase one when picking up trailer. When making the reservation it was for a truck and trailer so it was known the intention of the vehicle was to tow a trailer. Also it was known I wanted a truck and trailer, why was the reservation was made for two locations. Now when arriving at location that had trailer, I was inform the the tow kit was not the $29 as listed on the Uhaul website but it be $45. Plus not only to mention that the second location had a pick up with a tow kit. I'm not sure why this was so cumbersome or why I needed to have additional expenses to myself. This mentioned the additional cost would include the tow kit and extra mileage for going to multiple locations.

tafadzwa cThough I was supposed to be able to pick my truck up at 9am with/through my phone, it didn’t tell me otherwise until I arrived at 9am, selected the “pickup truck “ option and found out that I had to wait until 10:30 to pick it up face to face. By the time I was able to pickup the truck, because it’ The Uhaul location is in a popular cellphone store, it was 11:00am. The truck was terrible; it was filthy, heavily damaged, had no fuel in it, and I found a 1/2 filled alcohol can in the cab. The brakes were super soft and when you hit the brakes the steering wheel violently shakes. There was 1 young gentleman in the “office “ who was good. Other than that, HORRIBLE everywhere else.
Carl DI reserved a dolly when I book this truck. When I got the truck, I was told the location didn't have any dolly. How could I move without a dolly? The staff asked me to check every truck in the parking, and I was lucky to find one.

Became mother issue behind that,I was just a assistant in the mater he came back on me because the lady Ms JENKINS DIDNT AGREE WITH YHE CLERK ABOUT HIS FINDINGS
Scott MThe people there were friendly and answered my questions. However the truck was very muddy/dirty. They did not have the moving blankets which I was really depending on using it would have been nice to be told that ahead of time. Also my key was not in the lock box so I had to go inside for help and could not do the online check in which made me lose about 20 minutes of my reservation time.

Melissa BThe truck was NOT clean - multiple items left in the cargo area that I had to find a way to remove and dispose of so I didn't leave it like that for the next person. The gas was left on 22 miles to Empty, and I had to immediately fill up. The truck itself was not in a good state of repair and I thought it was going to break down from engine problems several times. The check-in process at the counter was good, and the employer was pleasant to work with. Just the state of the equipment was far Below my expectations. I would appreciate a refund as I left the gas at 1/4 tank as requested by the employee and I had to clean out the cargo area.

tafadzwa cThe gas tank was 5/8 full, and the clerk reminded me to return it 5/8 full. I returned the vehicle more than 5/8 full, and they charged for 5 gallons. I spent 15 minutes on the phone lodging a complaint. Now I need to call back a field manager. This experience is a frustrating waste of time when I fulfilled my end of the deal. It feels like a rip-off since most people would miss the overcharge or give up on this complicated process of resolving this overcharge.
