I never saw an employee when dropping off my U-Haul trailer. I was instructed to call once I arrived to drop off my trailer. Additionally, they had me drop off the trailer in a separate location from their main building.

For a smoother return process, it would be helpful to designate clearly marked parking areas specifically for U-Haul returns. This would eliminate uncertainty and make drop-offs quicker and more efficient for customers.
