Inside of truck was very clean but outside had some damage and paint coming off front and top of truck. In addition I booked at 9am to skip counter using Uhaul app but did not work I was on customer service til 1020am to try and fix issue . She tried but couldn't. So I ended up having to go inside at 1030 when office opened. I ran my car a/c burning gas because it was hot and got up early only to not utilized the application for 9am pickup

MAMDOUH QI would rate Marrow's Wireless well as they were helpful in fixing a problem that UHAUL created. UHAUL cancelled our reservation less than 30 minutes prior to pickup at a different location. Marrows Wireless was the only place with a truck available and agreed to meet us at their location an hour before they were scheduled to open. They gave us what moving blankets they had and really tried to work with us. I appreciate them greatly. What I do not appreciate is UHAUL. I will NEVER use you again for any project. You are a disgrace. We hired help through your website and what would we have done if we didn't have a truck through no fault of our own? We would have been screwed. We would have spent hundreds of dollars for help that couldn't be used. And what truck did we end up with? A 15 foot truck when what we ordered was a 26 foot truck. That forced us to have to make two trips instead of one, and that forced us to pay more for mileage. And what do we get as consolation? $50 and being told that is the UHAUL "guarantee." What type of guarantee is that? You guarantee nothing. You are a disgrace and I would love to use more colorful four letter words, but I am restraining myself as, if you are a person reading this, it is likely not your fault.
