Although the equipment was what I expected an indecent shape, the service was very marginal. Given the choice. I would probably go to another U-Haul location. The representative asked me if I knew how to hook up my trailer and I said yes and he said OK and he just walked away so if you weren’t familiar with exactly what you were doing, it could pose a danger if you hooked up something incorrectly.
