The truck was operable and a good choice for a short-distance job (as we had); front bumper was mangled and the truck seemed to run roughly; the staff was very friendly but working out of a cellphone accessory office which was difficult to identify as the rental location; vehicle parking was very inconvenient; but, again the staff was very good.DEAN R.

This location was the worst uhaul I've seen by far. It is COVID 19 and their trucks are filthy. I had to clean the inside. The truck had mud splashed all over it. Dirty inside. The truck was damage upon picking up. The bumper was extremely damage. I was worried about the safety of driving it. Uhaul has no standards as a whole when it comes to providing clean and safe truck rentals for us as consumers. Very poor customer service. You should be appalled.AARON G.

More clear signage to indicate where the UHaul counter is would be helpful as the area is shared with another business. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.Wendy R.

The truck was dirty and clearly not cleaned from previous renter. When I returned the truck I put more gas in it than there was when I picked it up. They told me I was wrong and charged me for not returning it with the right amount of gas. They basically ripped me off. Considering you can rent a U-Haul on every corner, I will never use this one again, they are scam artists.Steven M.

This is the only location in my area that I rent from. The customer service is the best, friendly, and very helpful. Others close by do not take care of the equipment and do not give the customer any help when it's not taken care of.Linda B.
Before we picked up the truck at this location, we were left with no truck. I had booked a truck a few weeks ago and received a phone call to finalize my reservation. Due to the high volume of rentals, we had to pick up and drop off at a location that was extremely out of the way. As we turned up on Saturday at 9:30 AM, we were informed that we didn't have a rental at the location as he gave us a phone number to call. The owner was RUDE and told me to calm down and to be kind on the phone with no reasoning to do so whatsoever. I proceeded to call UHaul customer service. The first person I spoke with put me back into the hold queue because she didn't want to deal with the fact that she had to investigate why we were cancelled in the first place. The second CS rep I spoke with, Hallie, was able to quickly investigate and help us out to get a new truck. CS is not easy, but she handled the situation with ease and made us all feel better that we got a truck and were able to complete our move. This company should be ashamed though. Logistics are not terribly difficult. How is it possible that a company cannot inform a customer that their reservation is cancelled? Why are these UHaul distributors not properly vetted? Don't allow these small distributors to ruin other people's day. Fix the problem and you'll help adjust the logistics problem you have currently. It should be easy to plan and think through different scenarios so that you don't leave customers stranded on the phone for an hour in worry that they may not be able to move out in time.ALEXANDRIA R.
Not a fan of uhaul. Scheduled to pick up at a location closer to me and when I get there they send me a email saying I need to pick up from another location. Get to the next location and the have to wait 20 minutes the owner shows up. Had a 4 hour appointment and didn't get my truck till a hour later and I only had 3 hours left. Tried to call support and was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. Overall experience. PoorChristopher D.

Ahmad, the store owner, was great! He was accommodating, professional, and friendly. He is an asset to your brand. The 15 foot truck was an excellent vehicle, i.e. easy to drive, great mirrors, super on gas, while gate and ramp worked well.ALAN R.

It's a local business. It saved a lot of hassle going through the city, especially when I needed to return the vehicle. There may be a few dents, but the owner knows the condition of the vehicle and will not try to cheat you. He's a good businessman and wants the best for his customers.Lance L.
LOTS of dents and scrapes for such a new truck. The bottom part of the right rear door (including the license plate) was falling off, held on with packing tape and string. We had a long trip and I'm surprised it was still attached when we got back. Fix that and the truck would have been fine.Jeffrey R.
