Eric PAfter driving for two and half hours to where the original truck was located, and then being told I had no reservation on file, and having to then backtrack 40 minutes to this location, the gentleman there was very sympathetic and helpful. I also appreciate the lady in the dispatch office who helped me receive a discount rate and extra mileage for the frustrating time I went through.

Carl AHave more utility trailers at this location. If one was not there I would have to travel over 200 kms to get one in Sudbury. There should be access to trailers no more than 50 km one way.

James VOn June 2nd I rented a 15 ft truck in Espanola, ON. for 2 days. My bill was $151.00. This truck was rented in Massey, ON. I originally rented for 2 days. Massey is about 30 kms shorter for me to pick up. I returned the truck in less than 24 hrs. My mileage was 137 kms, not the 200 I signed up for. This time my invoice was $289.00. I was a day early and 63 kms less than the 200 in my original agreement. My credit card was billed 306.00 got this rental. I have never been given an invoice for this rental. I want to know why this rental was about $130.00 more with less time and less mileage. I have not seen a rebate from what was billed on my credit card and what I was shown by the dealer to be the invoice amount. I feel I have been ripped off.
William MIt is spring and the yard was very muddy/wet, the yard would benefit from a few loads of gravel. The parking area is in need of grading as well.
Anthony CAfter hours drop off. Uhaul app was terible. Spent over half with a rep and the only way it could be completed was for me to email him ap picture of the mileage and furl gauges. Spent more time on the phone with him then driving to drop off point. Ethan Carter was good.
Wayne WI would recommend them, my only complaint is there was only 1/4 of a tank of gas in the truck. Living in a remote community this will not get you far and we almost ran out before our destination.

Heidi SThere was no oil, nor did I get reimbursed for it. Back was full of mud, not swept out. I never got a rental agreement, only what I had online so I had to mark down my own gas and safety check
