Trailer was clean but the latch was very difficult to use had to pry it to open and slam the door to lock it Next time don't try to send me to a place other than the one discussed to drop off

Again, the person didn’t know what they were doing and said just park the trailer over there. I said do I have to check it in? Do we do any paperwork? He said I don’t think so. Just leave it there very unprofessional might want to do some training with these people.
