Again, the person didn’t know what they were doing and said just park the trailer over there. I said do I have to check it in? Do we do any paperwork? He said I don’t think so. Just leave it there very unprofessional might want to do some training with these people.

Frances FNote: no one was at the drop off location when I returned the trailer. Still worked great.
Sheri CRatcheting straps were rusty, had to WD-40 to ease the action. Other than that, followed my JEEP like a dream. Trailer was over kill for a side by side because it was an auto-transporter.
