Pick up was a breeze, and the staff were all very helpful. They gave clear, simple instructions for after-hours drop off. Best UHaul rental yet!
Justyne DThe staff were very friendly and the process was fast and easy! The truck was clean but is for sure in need of repairs. The roof leaks and is awaiting repair (which we were warned about when we arrived). Also, not sure what the problem is but it bounced so much, so high and so hard that at certain times we were afraid that it would actually bounce right off the road. I felt nauseous with the extreme bouncing motion and had to slow down many times to get the bouncing to stop?!?
SHEILA SThe only problem was they didn’t have a dolly that we reserved, but we understood the explanation as to why it wasn’t available.
Brenda Oit cost twice the price and was more challenging than past uhauls ive rented. There were extra obstacles renting it from location to rates, lack of insurance transparency (storm coverage?) I would not recommend unless you want to pay double what it looks like when you reserve it. I admittedly forgot to fill it, so the 1/8th used was 25 bucks. That one was one me. The rest though is enough for me to not return. Wasnt the location, it was uhaul contract terms and level of extra. clearly profit only business.
Aja NI have used these guys many times. Always a great experience.
Tim WVery friendly and courteous !
Michael TEverything was great with the rental however the truck was pretty worn out and the interior of the cab was rather dirty, with garbage in it, a dusty grimy dash and seats, and alot of sand and dirt on the floor. The box was pretty clean and there was only three (unfolded) pads in the unsealed pad bag. All of the window glass was pretty filthy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good guys!
