Friendly staff, easy to work with.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed to make a good safe trip. They worked with me when I needed to extend the service. DENISE CI paied a 1.08 a mile. For 60 mile trip. I bought $35 worth of gas Plus $112 for the rental. $147 seems a lot for a rental of 3 hours. With these rates and terms I will seek alternatives next time.

CADEN LOwner was incredibly rude towards me, told me he’d pay me to go rent a trailer elsewhere because he “only makes $3 off trailer rentals”, Informed me if I rent a trailer from him again he'd send me to Erie PA for a trailer, told me to just keep the trailer and he wouldn’t even report it stolen (I returned it well within my rental time) gave me the worst condition trailer on the lot, I’d recommend this location be fully closed and him investigated. I’ve rented trailers 6 times from this location and after today I won’t rent another. And this is the third time I’ve had this issue with the owner, extremely unprofessional using profanity towards me, if I could rate this location in the negatives I would.
BRANDON SNothing the guy who helped us out should probably get a raise because he was the only person there and he was helping everyone and was so professional he had to get the snow off all the equipment before we hooked up to the car dolly . A1 experience the drop off was just as easy love uhaul.
Nicholas LI ordered cabinets from Home Depot and when I went to pick them up, learned that they no longer rent short haul trucks. A few clicks and some info on the UHaul app and I was ready to go with the perfect sized truck. The person I worked with could not have made the whole process easier. Very professional and helpful to work with. I've rented from here before and it's my go-to solution when I need something larger to haul. Definitely would recommend working with this location.
JOHN BI reserved a cargo van but none was available when I arrived. Despite this issue, the owner made this rental worthwhile. He was friendly, explained everything, made sure I had what I needed and helped get me on my way. Excellent customer service!

ANGENETTE GI have no complaints. Everything was perfect. We could not be there for the drop off. I previously sent pictures stating where I would like the containers dropped. And the boxes were perfectly placed. All directions followed. I can’t be more pleased. Will definitely recommend uhaul to others

ROSS CI've rented her before. The location is very convenient and the guy I work with is very friendly, easy going, and always helpful. They have a lot of equipment and have accommodated all of my requests whether they be early reservations or those a couple of days before. I would highly recommend this location.
