heather tTruck obviously wasnt clean (food on the floor) but process was simple and staff was friendly. We reserved a 10 foot truck and were informed the day before that there really wasn't one available but offering a 14 foot, which we accepted. This was bigger than we wanted (which is why we reserved a 10 foot) and I assume had poorer gas mileage (and was harder to navigate). I would have expected something modern enough to have windows that could be controlled by the lone driver (ie electric) not crank.
