The back of the U-haul was covered in dust and dirt, all our stuff is filthy. And the cab was coated in thick dog hair, smelled like cigarettes and had a cigarette butt on the floor board. The technician was on-site when we picked up the truck and told us there could be a hole in the gas tank because people were drilling into them to steal the fuel. There was also only 32 miles left worth of fuel so we couldn't get fuel at a cheaper gas station. We were stuck getting to the closest and most expensive one in town.

Moimoi PThis was a none person drop-off. It took us a half hour to get in contact by phone to get the key code for the key box. There was no store front for the address of the place we were to drop off the truck. It was just a lot with no signs that this was a U-Haul location. Very confusing
ANN CI had reservations in placerville ca Rev# 25147840 to pick up Sunday March 2, They told me that they would be close but he didn’t set me up for moble pick up, so so had to call back to reservations and they gave me another pick up in Shingle Springs 20 minutes away from where I was going. 2nd reservation # 25692286 it was a lot to go thru in the rain.
