The truck was old and had lots of rattles, but otherwise it got the job done. No moving blankets were available. The mobile U-haul app kept asking me to login multiple times during the checkin process. Why can't you keep my data in a cookie so I don't have to log in so many times?

I was charged a $50 cleaning fee, even though I THOROUGHLY swept out the van - the floor was in the same condition, clean, as when I picked up the van.

We were able to change our drop off location to Felton after our Scott's Valley storage unit became available after evacuation orders were lifted. This was very helpful as Watsonville would have been much further.

When we picked up our U-Haul at the location of Felton it was closed on Sunday..we were lucky that the owner happened to be there. I placed the order and used my credit card and placed it in my purse ... I walked around the store, leaving my purse on the counter. Later on during the day I noticed that it was missing.. back tracked my steps and remember leaving it. . I called the owner and he said that he would look for it the next day. We went to the store and we looked in the window and it was not there.. moving the next day needing my ID to buy my house also $300.00, which not as bad as trying to buy a house without any identification. So no, I am not happy and Yes it was very difficult to buy my house .. honesty is always better than a thief.

The location was not a problem however the computer system did not allow my transaction and I had to wait over an hour for the thing to be fixed not a fault of the site. The fault of u haul. also I had to go an hour out of my way to pick up my trailer so that I lost a total of 3 hours for the move day because of the computer system and driving an hour each way to begin up the trailer. I use uhaul frequently and I am not sure that I will continue to do so after this.

The manager was very nice, but he didn't get our drop off location changed for us.

Uhaul said each truck would be sanitized. I wiped down the handles, steering wheel etc when I first picked up the vehicle and my wipes turned black with dirt. You're obviously not cleaning them. I also got charged for fuel when it read 3/8ths at the gas station around the Corner and at the Uhaul it was parked on a hill- very annoying.

checking out the trailer was a slow process Only one person was on duty for rentals He was out for food. The computer check out process for the uhaul person took forever. I prechecked my rental and prepaid expecting a quick checkout He was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Van exterior was not clean. Gas was less than empty. Windows were dirty. Interior was fine. Mason was great to work with, within the U Haul mandates. Good location for me. U Haul should have senior,AAA or some other discounts. No issues on how the cargo van ran.
