One, the rep was late and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my reservation because she was late for work. Then when she got there the system was not working for her. So, I had to wait even longer. The truck Shaked badly but I was already behind and only had a day to get everything complete with my move and not to mention I had movers waiting on me. I returned the truck the very next morning which was Sunday and they were closed so I had to leave the key in the drop box on the outside of the building. Monday around 2pm I received an email stating that I had not returned the truck. I called to backyard treasures where I rented the truck from, and they stated that they had not yet checked the truck in. Once the truck was checked in, I was charged an additional $119.00 they sated because the gas was under. IT was on 1/4 gas in there when I picked it up. He stated that it was slightly under. So, I asked him well then why am I being charged that much. He stated the system did it. I do not understand and I am requesting a refund. That is not good business. Because I can almost bet that they are not going to add gas to the truck. They are going to do with the next person just like they did me and say bring it back on what you left with. It was a very bad experience. I think that if this is not made right, I will take it farther and never use U-Haul again. Or recommend it to anyone for that matter.
