They rented me a trailer that was old and had the old tires and I had a blow out and had to sit on the side of the interstate two and a half hours before I got it fixed. Then I get there a little before 5 and they said they didn't know if she would check me in because it closes at 5 but the store closes at 6!

William DI had issues with the trailer 3 1/2 hours from Dothan, Alabama, which was my drop off point. I drove to the nearest uhaul dealership because the trailer was bouncing so bad as a result of the tires being out of balance. In fact, it bounced so bad on the trip there that some of our furniture was damaged. I go to the uhaul dealership in Pelham, Alabama and asked someone there if I could change my drop location to their dealership due to the condition of the trailer. They said they did not have the authority to do that. I was told to call Dothan, Alabama. Dothan told me I had to call Go Uhaul, Go uhaul told me I had to call the scheduler, that scheduler transferred me to another scheduler. After 35 minutes and being passed around to 5 different people, 2 of which were schedulers, I was told that they couldn’t change the drop point and for me to call roadside assistance (while I was sitting in the parking lot of the Pelham, Alabama dealership), really? Is it that difficult to change a drop point when there is an obviously an issue with the equipment? I mean, really?
