I was charged $0.40/mi even though NOWHERE on my reservation did it say that would happen. It was charged after i dropped off the keys, and after the intake person told me there would only be a charge if there was a cleaning issue. I have written a request for refund and have received no response. grrrr.Cinda H.

Service was friendly. Back of truck was open (truck was backed to a fence so we didn't notice) and the hand trucks fell out when we pulled out. Had to circle back around to pick them up. Previous renter left airpods in truck so it obviously hadn't been cleaned/checked. Truck was hard to drive and loud and didn't appear well maintained.Jason B.

The employee couldn't find the keys when we arrived and instead pulled the keys out of the drop box with the old contract. Our pick up was at 11 and they open at 8. There was no reason for us to get a dirty truck mid day especially during a pandemic. The truck was filthy and unsanitary they obviously didn't prep the truck and even though I reserved an appliance dolly they didn't have one and instead insisted it was in the truck. When we went out to look it wasn't there and we (the employee and I) saw the how filthy the truck was. They do not have an appliance dolly on site.Tifani W.

I asked for the King St locatipn, but they only do in town rentals. I should have had that information when I made the reservation (not the night before). Also, the Iowa St computer was down, so we had to use a smart phone. I did not like having personal info on someone's phone. The Bellingham portion was very poor indeed.Peter P.

We tried to check in using the mobile option. A truck was assigned too us, but the agent at this site gave the truck too another customer. 45 minutes later we finally got a truck that was bigger than the one we had reserved.Rhonda H.

I made my reservation quite a while in advance then was called the night before and told I was going to have to drive almost 50mins one way to pick up the truck because the one I reserved was not available at my location any more. Not to mention this was in the opposite direction from where we were headed as well. Then we got to the pickup location then had to drive to a separate location because there was a non-U-Haul lock on the truck that needed to be cut off. Pretty frustrating way to start a move. But the return was super quick and painless and we accomplished our move in one day because of the size. If you know a truck isn't at a pickup location that was reserved the client deserves more than a 12-18hr notice. Other than that happy with our experience.Todd M.
I had a terrible situatyion I rented a 15 ft truck had to pick it up in a different location. than I pick it up drive to the house to move and go to open the back of the truck and it has a lock on it. I call the Uhaul where I picked the truck up they barely understand english. I call main office and they can't figure out what to do except drive all the way back to where I began (out of my way!!) I stopped at the nearest Uhaul and they couldnt help with the lock but she went out of her way to find someone who could so I had to drive to another uhaul and finally cut the lock off. I lost 2 movers and 2 mhours of my day not to mention the gas and mileage.NORM C.

LOVE this business and loved the way they empower and train their employees. Big bonus is mostly everyone being bilangual. So polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. No contact drop off and pick up was great with covid19. Got an excellent car wash here too. Amazing. If you can give bonuses or praise, please do. I've rented a lot of uhaul in the area and this was by far the best location I've been to.Angelica F.

I had to do all the rental information myself because the employee was untrained and the boss was not around. I also had to,set up my trailer I rented because she had no idea what to do. Not pleased at all. Charged extra 110$ for gas and over mileage which I was tild we had unlimited mileage.James L.
