Inside of cab was dusty, had coffee stains, and smelled of cigarettes. The drop off lot to return is being used as a homeless encampment at night. People were demanding money and it smelled of urine, felt very unsafe while taking pictures required by app.
Jessica BPlease keep the turn-in location close to the customer’s area instead of requiring a 35–45 minute drive, especially when there are approximately 8–10 local locations available where the equipment could be returned.
Brandon WWhen making the reservation, the Uhaul website gave to option of an in-person check-in or a contactless check-in. I chose contactless. The location failed to arrange the key to make it contactless such that upon arrival I burned valuable time in the Uhaul app trying to figure out why it wasn't working. I had to call Uhaul and your personnel then told me I would have to interact with Master Care Lube personnel, precisely what I wanted not to and was give the option not to do. Then, truck was not ready. I burned more time as Master Care Lube personnel drove out the truck, opened the back, gave it a quick cleaning with a blower and then loaded the equipment I rented onto the truck. The moment my rental starts Uhaul is on my time and Uhaul wasted a good chunk of it. I'm certain if I needed more time at the end of the day beyond my return time, Uhaul would not hesitate to charge me for that time. I am unsatisfied with this experience.

ARTURO GI went to pick up the U-Haul at 10 am... and after all the paperwork and the guy running around...I left at 11am!!... and when I had put all my stuff in there it rained and water got in to my stuff and the wood on a nightstand was damaged!!

JUAN RCustomer service at the site was terrible. To compound the situation, I had reserve the equipment on June 12 for a Las Cruces, NM pickup. The pick up was scheduled for July 5. On July 2 I was informed I had to travel to El Paso, TX to pickup the equipment. This was 90 miles round trip and two hours of my time. Customer service with your company could have cared less. But I better return your equipment to the correct location or I will be penalized. On the return I pulled into the proper area began my return process on the app. At the completion, still no one appeared. I backed the equipment in with the others, disconnected and as I sat it down an employee came out and said”Oh thank you sir, you should have gotten one of us to do that for you. I explained I had sat in the designated area and completed my return and when no one come out I took care of it myself. He laughed and said”Yah, we were all inside talking”. That’s your customer service! Fail miserably!I think next time will buy a trailer rather than to be gang up on. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

ARTHUR SMaster Care Lube was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I am a beginner when it comes to trailers and they took the time to explain how the trailer worked. Overall a very positive experience.

Sotero SThe vehicle I rented wasn’t available at the time I arranged. I accepted a smaller vehicle because it was the only truck available. I asked for the $50 rental guarantee, and was told no - presumably because I accepted the smaller vehicle. I had already arranged for movers - I wasn’t about to show without a truck.
MARIO NI would not change a thing this location is doing. They were attentive and courteous when I got there and picked up the truck the return was just as clean..
JOSE MThe only thing was that I had to jump around to three different customer service employees before I got to the right one in Texas. I guess the lines were too busy so I got the next one in another state. It would be easier if the calls were routed directly to the particular state or have anyone being able to help.

DONALD GThey should recheck the milage on truck before the customer gets the milage paper. This would have saved me a long trip back to this location for a refund of the inccorect millage fee. I was given back the difference with no problem.
