. it was a maintenance shop and was not comfortable due to excess clutter. ensure the truck is swept out - it wasn't horrible, but a few pieces of garbage left from the previous customer. i will say however, the process was very easy.Laura S.

I would rent a wagon and walk my stuff down the street before using this place. Charged me for a 3 day rental when it was 1 day. Padded the mileage by 69 miles. I took pics of odometer before and after. Charged me for 30 moving blankets instead of 10. When i contacted him he blamed uhauls website and I had to contact them. Who entered the numbers? He did. The gentleman at Master Carts in Omro was not scheduled for my drop off but just happened to be working on another project. I so appreciated his insights as the mobile device check in was such a joke. Did the think tank at uhaul ever go thru a check in AFTER unloading a truck in 20 degree weather at night? After reserving a truck about 6 weeks in advance, I found out the day before that the pickup location had changed. The fact the location had changed really wasn't much of a problem. The fact the pickup spot didn't open until 9am when I had set it up for 8am put everything I had set up an hour behind (including hired moving help) this is not the fault of the pickup location. It is all the fault of uhaul itself. Had they given me enough notice, I could have done a 24/7 pickup . This is obviously a common issue since they guy in line before me had the same problem, but he wasn't given any notice at all.LINDA M.
Your booking people messed up ROYALLY. They told me that there was no truck available in Redgranite, Wi where we lived and we would have to go to Omro, Wi 30 miles away. then when we went to Omro the representative there didn't even know we were coming as he had received no prior notice. He got us a truck and a half hour later I received a call from the representative in Redgranite asking if we were still coming to pick up the truck. I apologized to him and said I had received a text message telling me to pick up the truck in Omro. Your reservation person caused an inconvenience to me plus the men in Omro and Redgranite. I have no complaint about the men, just your phone rep. We lost an hour and a half loading time by going to Omro and having to wait for a truck when we could have had it in 10 minutes from Redgranite. The only way I would ever use U-haul or recommend it would be to work directly, in person, with the local rep. and that certainly is not as time efficient as online.Eugene B.

The customer service department definitely needs more training. Wednesday when I picked up the trailer the lady put that I didn't know where I would be dropping off the trailer. I was then called 3 times in 2 days to find out where i would be dropping the trailer off. I missed the first call and they immediately called my husband and he didn't know the answer. When I called back I spoke with a lady who was very understanding when I told her I wasn't familiar with the area we were traveling to so I would contact U-Haul back on Friday once we arrived at our destination to let them know. I was called again the next morning by a lady wanting the exact same information and when I explained to her we were unfamiliar with the area she proceeded to tell me where I needed to drop it off at or I would have additional fees added. It was extremely unprofessional. I will not be renting from U-Haul in a few weeks when we need our box truck to move across the country.Staci G.

I had to call the day prior to know where to pick the truck up as I made the reservation online. The location was not in the same town that we live in and had to travel 20 minutes one-way to pick up the truck. After discussions with uhual reps, it was because it was a one-way trip. When I spoke with scheduling, I said I was coming at 8:00 am and received email confirmation. Once we arrived at the location, the owner was not there and running errands. We had to wait over 30 minutes for him to show up to sign off. Just kept saying they thought we were coming in the afternoon which was never the case. I think the 6x12 ft enclosed trailers should be a little more aerodynamic. Other than that you can fit alot of stuff in them and are very usefulwilliam W.

Our pick up time was 8 am but they don't open until 9 so not well planned on your side and very inconvenient for me. also was to be dropped off on Sunday but they aren't open on Sundays. Again, not well planned on your side. No complaints with Master carts, but not happy with U haul.Justine K.

Took me 45 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I was leaving with the Uhaul. The gentleman was nice, but he took a very long time to fill out my information and get me the Uhaul. Also, when I reserved the Uhaul online, I specifically chose the Uhaul rental location in Oshkosh, WI for a pick up location because of proximity to my work and house as well as the later hours they were open. It was very upsetting to be told I needed to drive 10 miles to the next town over and be there by 5 pm to pick up the trailer. Next time I should expect to pick up the trailer at the location I chose because it took a special arrangement of my plans to be able to pick up the trailer at the location that Uhaul stated.Macabe B.

Every time I reserve a trailer in Oshkosh, they bump it to another location and I have to drive to Neenah or Omro when I know they have the trailer in Oshkosh. I shouldn't have to drive just because they want to save their trailer for a higher paying rental.MARK T.

Seems to be a great place to buy a golf cart. Would be an improvement if owner had someone else among his employees helping with U-Haul rentals if he is already busy with other cart customers. Eventually received good service from others working there. Not location's fault, but I reserved the trailer 20 miles away from this location. They do not even keep the trucks at the location they have to drive and go get them took about 15 minutes. We were supposed to have the truck at 9:30 am did not get it until probably 20 minutes later due to them having to go get it. They did not give us the dolly with it either just a very poor operation all together. Uhaul all together was a horrible experience for us we had 3 reservations all changed after we were emailed confirmations this was the 3rd reservation we had. Would not recommend uhaul to anyone at all.DAVID S.
The gentlemen that helped us were very friendly. They didn't have matresses covers but the one man helping us just picked up a matress for himself and gave us the plastic to transport our matresses. That i feel was great customer service! Thank you.SHERI J.

Except for the fact it wasn't my primary location, this location was alright. We had to travel more than 10 miles to get our rental (which by the way was not what we reserved in size). I wonder if we will get our $50 from Uhaul per their guarantee. I was also told this location opens at 8am but it actually opened at 9. Too many disappointments !JIM S.
I am not happy with u haul reservation . Wanted a 26 ft truck and every time traffic called I got a 14 ft truck . Then I get to the location to pick up I find out there was a 20 ft truck that was canceled 3 times was never offer to me .so in my eyes where was I guarantee the 26 ft truck I wanted when 20 ft had 3 cancelations. This is not the locations problem it was traffic for u haul .TODD T.
I called a couple of times to ask questions about pick-up and the man wasn't very helpful. When we showed up to pick up the truck he couldn't get the computer to work properly. They only gave me 20 moving pads instead of the 2 dozen that were reserved during my online reservation. He also didn't have a utility cart that I had reserved. He said if I wanted one I would have to go to a U-Haul dealer in Oshkosh to get one. He didn't change anything on mu receipt though so the receipt said he gave me everything I had reserved which wasn't the case. I did go to a different uhaul dealer to pick up the utility cart because I obviously needed it for the move, otherwise I wouldn't have reserved it and I didn't want my drop-off site to charge me for the equipment because it was still on the receipt. He blamed everyone else for the mistakes and problems. It wasn't a positive experience!!Crystal B.

I rented the trailer from Oshkosh where I live for Saterday, on Friday night at 8 pm I got a call to pick up the trailer in Omro instead, futher away and the wrong direction. I get there and was told it was not there so I had to go to a differant lot about 5 miles futher and no one is going to be there to help.David E.

I also picked up in Ripon at Cliff's tires. This was not a good experience with your company. The communication process was extremely poor between your company and it's service providers. Cliff's Tire location had a light out on one tow dolly and an almost severed strap on the other dolly. The equipment there was not well maintained.MANDIE F.

Recommend we received a confirmation Call at LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE scheduled pick up date with availablity of trailer. It was a total Inconvenience to get a call at 7PM the night before pick up (Friday nite) to be told we could NOT pick it up until 2pm Saturday afternoon, when we were expecting and requested pick up by 8am Saturday morning. I was unable to reach the business Friday night to arrange an earlier pick up time, so Saturday I drove to Ohio Street U-haul Moving & Storage of Oshkosh, spoke with general manager and he was able to assist us in getting another trailer, at a different location, at an earlier AM time that same morning - what a terrific and knowledgably employee. However we were told Master Cart opened later am and we had to drive out of Oshkosh to new location (Master Cart) and wait for them to open and then wait another 30-45 minutes until the owner could override our reservation because the call center person-Samantha forgot to change our pick up time to AM and the reservation still stated 1:30pm pick up time. Even after calling Samantha back to correct & update pick up time, we still had a delay and long wait time for the owner to fulfill our reservation. The owner was extremely pleasant, helpful and was able to get ourtransaction completed in a timely manner once he arrived at the location. I would request that the requested 1st choice location we pick would be accomdated, however if unable to satify our request, the next CLOSEST place/location to our address should be how you accomodate our request and an phone call 2days prior to reservation date would be helpful as well.NANCY K.
