I didn't know U-haul had changed to a remote check-in and check-out procedure so wen I got to the location and saw that it was closed, I got quite nervous. After figuring out how to navigate the SLOW check-in process, I get going to my destination (which was a wedding a I was the DJ) and it started raining so I turned on the windshield wipers and the one on the driver's side fell off the truck. I was able to pull over and grab the wiper and continued on to my destination in the rain with no windshield wipers. After the wedding ended, it was very foggy so I had to zip tie the windshield wiper back to the windshield wiper arm but it, of course, wasn't too effective AND the dash lights didn't work so I couldn't see what my speed was. Very disappointed.
