This location was supposed to be open until 4. I got there at 3 on Saturday the same day I rented it and all doors were locked, no one was there. I put the keys in the drop box at the back of the store. I tried to do online check in and it would not work. I called U-Haul and they could not help me with the check-in, he said he just did rentals. He transferred me to customer service and after about 2 minutes of being in hold, the line dropped. I took a video of placing the keys in the drop box. A nice lady, a think her name was Nicole or Michelle called to check on the truck on Wednesday, I had returned the truck Saturday. It was finally checked back in the U-Haul system on the 18th, I rented and returned it on the 8th. But I’m glad it was finally checked in. Michelle was very nice and helpful. The staff at the Alabama location were helpful. Only trying to use the online check-in was very frustrating and with no one at the drop off location. Thank you for your help with getting a truck!!
