I have been renting U-Haul trucks for a long time. This was the first time, I was able to do it on my own without interacting with a human. Though others have introduce self service options, we often run into issues. But U-Haul - YOU DID IT THE RIGHT WAY. Well done and very convenient. I am very happy with the entire experience.

PATRICIA BTrucks were visible. Not immediately obvious to me that the business across the street was Matts. Looked more like a car lot. Address number hidden. Other than that, the process to get key explained well. The truck was clean and in good shape; like new which made me feel comfortable.

VINCENT Vfriendly customer service. this was local to my moving out location so I opted to choose this booking instead of the main uhaul store. equipment comes back not serviced but for my purposes it was fine so long as it was functional and the outbound info was correct on the rental sheet. had a low-mileage vehicle with no issues.

JOANN PThe truck sounded like it had mechanical issues but it did the job. I would not have felt comfortable taking this truck far from home or cross country. The representative was friendly and helpful and the parking area and after hours dropoff were perfect.

Robert CLocation and equipment were great. The experience from the actual Uhaul team was terrible. I followed instructions given once I got to the location but they just kept bringing me right back to the start page. I had to wait over a hour to get to someone in customer service!!! Once there, the lady told me to just watch a youtube video. Why couldn't she just give me the code I needed to get the keys!!! Luckily, Matt showed up and helped. Without him, it would have been a disaster. Would I recommend pick up from him? YES. Would I recommend UHAUL... NO!

howard wthe external mirror to the left side of driver's seat. the lower portion of the mirror did not respond to the electronic control and had to be manually moved for alignment. didn't know this when I drove off with the truck, took me awhile to figure out the problem. as this shows the blind spot it is a key thing which should be fixed/at least notify customers of it

MATTHEW RI was charged for an overnight service charged that should not have been charged. In my contract, I didn't choose a drop off location. When I pi ked up the truck, the guy left that open. I had until 9am Wednesday Jan 12, 2022 to get the truck returned.
PATTI SMatt was a great guy, he really hooked me up. Kelly in the office was a sweetheart. Nice people. Dont hesitate using them

Madison MI have rented 9 -10 times over the last several years. Only ONCE was the equip. at the location I booked. This time the pick up was 10 miles away in the wrong direction costing me $40 in mileage plus gas. The $50 you offer if the scheduled equip. is not available as booked is meaningless if you change location and I have to pick up miles away. You should specify that your mobile drop-off app must be completed AT the drop off site. I attempted to complete upon return home and it would not allow since it is location dependent. Therefore the drop off location surcharged me for fuel despite the gauge being exactly where it was on pick-up. $50 for fuel and surcharge is theft. Get rid of those locations that never have equip. so to stop the bait and switch of pick-up locations. Very unhappy.

MARISA JFirst you should make it easier to get in touch with someone when you’re having a problem with the lock box. I was on hold for 23 minutes. Also, I wanted a hand cart which I was charged for but it was not in the van. I want a refund for that charge.

ERIC GI didn't believe it was going to work, but the remote pickup/dropoff service was great! Quick, easy, clearly explained in the instructions and Matt's Auto Service had everything ready on time for a smooth transaction.

Jamil STire pressure was low, they (at uhaul) put air in the tire but the light never went off.
Prayther SWould have preferred to pick up tow where I picked up truck because it was closer to my location and had to make an extra trip.
GAIL HI paid for furniture pads, but did not receive them. I will be requesting a refund.
