Trucks were visible. Not immediately obvious to me that the business across the street was Matts. Looked more like a car lot. Address number hidden. Other than that, the process to get key explained well. The truck was clean and in good shape; like new which made me feel comfortable.

VINCENT Vfriendly customer service. this was local to my moving out location so I opted to choose this booking instead of the main uhaul store. equipment comes back not serviced but for my purposes it was fine so long as it was functional and the outbound info was correct on the rental sheet. had a low-mileage vehicle with no issues.
