The ONLY reason I say the location wasn't clean is because it's a repair car garage location. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. As soon as I arrived to drop the transporter, the staff took complete control - dislodging the transporter and removing my car. When I returned the truck, the staff instructed me where to part it and it was an easy drop off. I would definitely recommend this location if someone needed to rent a truck.

Pamela SWhen I first arrived, no one was on site. I knocked. No answer. I ran to Aldi's to call the shop. The first time, no-one picked up. Thankfully, the second call was a charm. Matt was close by and dropped in to help with the rental even though he had just experienced a death in the family the night before and that same day was the deceased's birthday. When we ran into an issue online , he was patient and helped assist me to get me on the road to my belongings. He even went and got the vehicle, parked it outside of his shop. Very personable guy.
