ROBERT DI was over billed for a late time pick up of equipment, false. I waited in line and wasn't happy the trailer wasn't open 12x 6' wide as requested 2 days prior date needed at the end of the day on 04/22/2025. there is another surprise item, 1/16 less gas on gage, billed 9 gallons. Extreme amount.
JOHN AHave cruise control. Have good wiper blades, need Bluetooth.

GERALD JI give this location five stars, although I would rate U-Haul Corporate much lower. U-Haul Corporate changed our location and did not give us sufficient notice, causing us to the wrong city to pick up the truck. However, we were very happy with how the Murray Kentucky location worked with us to resolve the issue.
ANTHONY MWe were suppose to get a 1way rental for 150 miles. Whenever we tried to return the uhaul (at 12am mind you) I find out through the app that it was put in to return to maxs. So we had to drive it the 3 hours back in the middle of the night AND pay for the extra mileage. Not happy. I’ve never had an issue with maxes in the past but contemplating not using uhaul again. It’s already expensive but to have to pay for double miles whenever that wasn’t the agreement is insane
JENNA TI attempted to return the vehicle Saturday afternoon instead of early Sunday morning. I called twice during their posted hours for Saturday and no one answered and no voice mail was available. I called the 800 number and received amazing, courteous service. When I arrived at the facility there was another leaving a trailer. No too happy or impressed that no one was around. I followed the instructions on the app easily. And hoped that all would work out at the drop off. When I passed the location later there were 2-3 more trucks parked there. Had I waited until Dinday to return the truck and auto-carrier, there would have been no room for my rig. Maybe limiting the number of vehicles to return to this location would be a good idea.

TIM MWe dropped off after hours but previous trips to this location suggests they'd be as helpful no matter when they helped you.
JOSPH DNewer vehicles with cruise control for long distances would be helpful. Vehicles need to be checked before giving to payer for lights that are working correctly like headlights and brake lights. Have a person that can walk the user through the features unique to these trucks (i.e. lights go off after you lock the doors, you have to turn off the tow function each time you get into the vehicle)

Glen KThe technology didn’t work for this site. I couldn’t get the app or website to let me pick up the truck. Spent 45 min on phone w UHaul getting the truck. Nothing was marked clearly. Maybe more explanation would have been on the site/app if it had worked.
Molly IIt wasn’t the place it was the actual U-Haul company who charged us 284 for 11 hours of use on a 10 foot truck but charged us less for a 26 foot truck. I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul at all.

McKell AWe were not made aware of the mileage and its clearly further than the amount of miles we had to drive! We dropped off the uhaul with a full tank of gas after it only had a quarter of a tank. We were docked for mileage and just from driving it home and do to a wreck on I 40 had to take another route we were 44 miles over and charged 50 dollars but nothing was taken into consideration that it had a full tank of gas
Shayna NLess than 2 minutes to rent equipment but I had checked in online prior to pickup. Very courteous staff and equipment was ready to go. Even got a courtesy call when I left some belongings when I left. Great service.

Paul RI did not know it when I picked up the trailer but it had a small hole in the top. I was carrying furniture and we had heavy rain and storms that night. When I unloaded the furniture I discovered it had gotten soaked from the leak.

ERIC JThe original pick up location on my order was Premier Mini storage- Jordan there was off the charts RUDE and wasted an hour plus of my day for no reason. We then had issues at the return location that is complete UNMANNED - no one answers the phone nor returns calls. I had to drop the trailer myself which isn’t something I should have to do in the pouring rain!

gary mYard was a little full when I returned the trailer, had to move some stuff around by hand to get the car hauler back in place. Other than that everything was terrific.
Tom JVery friendly and I was in and out in no time. Good place and appeared to have a good supply of U-Haul equipment so if I need something in the future I will be sure to go there.

Tobi PThe ratchet straps on the tow dolly are a hot mess. They need to be changed out. I was stuck on the side of the road waiting for roadside assistance when I finally was able to get them unlocked. The mechanisms were just completely worn out. If I weren’t a little mechanically inclined I’d have sat there for hours. This whole thing could have been prevented if the equipment were working properly

Jerry SEmployee Was driving around the building in a tow truck when I arrived. I waved, He saw me and kept driving. I am 76 years old disabled veteran with a VERY BAD back. Not supposed to lift over 20 lbs. No one was there to assist me unhitching the 6X12 trailer. Don't know how much the tounge of the trailer weighed BUT way more than I was supposed to lift. ON my contract it said to call 270-753-xxxx when I arrived in Murray. Called the number, rang and rang and asked for my security number??? Bottom line, I injured my back unhitching the trailer. NOT HAPPY!!
ROBERT HIt was easy to reserve a truck online, the guy at the towing service was very friendly and professional. It was easy to use the truck and returning was a breeze. Will definitely use them again next time I need a truck
