The attendant didn’t know how to schedule. He was very distracted on his phone while driving to handle the transaction. It was the worst experience. I was over charged. I had to call U-Haul after I left as he had the information wrong. I spent a hour in the store trying to get a U-Haul. This was not my experience the previous time.
