Part of the confusion was on me because I was trying to sign into UHaul with the wrong email. However, if you need assistance at this location, you are on your own. The attendant in the gas station was friendly and helpful enough to provide a phone number to call for the regional manager. I left a voicemail with the regional that was never returned. It took almost 30 minutes to figure out how to get my key out of the lockbox so I lost that time that should have been used for moving. I will use a more well attended pick up location next time.
