My car was towed. I left my car in the lot while I used the rental truck and returned the rental to find out my car was towed off the property. The dealer admin has his car parked in the same area and there were no signs or instructions where to park your vehicle and or warnings where not to park. Very disappointing!

JAE YI forgot to mention that the lady whom is always trying to present the absolute Best service EVERYTIME that I have rented from this site. I’ll just say that she has Outstanding service skills and communication, however, because she does such a wonderful job, she seems to take it seriously when something doesn’t go right. Well, until she has a machanic’s license hanging on the wall, which she doesn’t, she doesn’t need to worry about stuff she can’t control, she already does an excellent job and has for YEARS!!

KAMBI CPut in a reservation day before. Got a call 4 minutes before that my vehicle was no longer available. Main lady brushes off my concerns and questions. DO NOT recommend.

RODRIGO CAfter picking up the truck we did return it on the same day I tried contacting the worker the same day that we returned it also tried calling the next day with no answer I had a question regarding the extra $15 that was charged that says safe move, I'm not sure what that is regarding if it has anything to do with insurance we did not accept any extra insurance. I am still trying to contact them to figure out why we are having this charge this is why I will not recommend going back to that location
