Nick CThe employee has a good manner.
Toktobaev MI was 80m late on a 3 hour rental. She told me nothing about up charges and decided to charge me $40 extra while also claiming I was 2 and a half hours late which was bullhshit and I can prove cause she didn’t know how to tell time. Then, she charged a card on file without even asking me! $119 for a stupid lil cargo van…wanted to pay with another card but she never gave me an option and was also rude about me not taking Renters insurance. Terrible experience!
Brian SQuick and easy pick up and delivery.
