The person who assisted me was unprofessional. I asked them to swap my equipment for a better unit that was available on-site—since I was facing a long trip and one of the unit's tires was not in the best condition—but I did not feel safe making the journey. I also asked for help hitching the equipment, but they refused to assist me and made me call customer service instead; however, customer service was unable to help either. I do not recommend this location.
