I went to rent the biggest truck go the next day at 9am and the person who did it he still put the key inside the lock box knowing that o was picking it up and still had some paperwork to do. The lady that helped us was complaining about this procedure and went looking for the key and it want were the previous person said it was gonna be, it’s been a long long time since I have not rented a truck at U-Haul and was not aware of the “new” process , things were so much better back then when you had to deal with real people I guess.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience at this U-Haul location, which operates inside a laundromat. First of all, the woman working the desk has terrible customer service skills and does not know how to talk to people. She was incredibly difficult to deal with and made me feel like I was asking for a personal favor or something for free, rather than paying for a rental. Her unwelcoming attitude felt deeply unfair and borderline discriminatory. To make matters worse, I was wrongfully overcharged for gas upon return. I only drove the van for 11–12 miles and put more than a full gallon of gas back into the tank right before returning it (more than enough to cover the distance). When I tried to show her my physical gas station receipt as proof, she completely refused to look at it and rudely stated, "We don't go by the receipt." They overcharged me anyway, ignoring clear evidence. I am highly disappointed with the hostile treatment and the dishonest charging practices at this location. U-Haul corporate needs to take a look how this neighborhood dealer treats paying customers. Thank you

Robert RPop stealing money from people that rent your U-Hauls if they rent it for a certain time that's all they should be charged not at an extra day to your convenience I was not very happy with that would not recommend this U-Haul location
Lemuel LI was on a time crunch, the person at the location was nowhere to be found, and I was not the only person waiting for a uhaul. Seemed irritated that everyone was frustrated for waiting over half an hour for someone to hand out keys. And come to find out she was sitting in her car talking to someone in a car next to her. And a few days prior we had rented another vehicle from the same location and got charged twice. Never doing business with them again.
