srancois mThis was the 5th rental in 6 months and the worst. No closer pick up. C/S rep who called to change location for pick up was unmotivated, unhelpful, matter-of-fact and hung up on me! I Had to call back and wait 45 mins for a closer pick up location. Actual rental had NO back right side break, turn signal light. When we dropped truck off, C/S rep said some repair wiring was done wrong and truck should NOT have been on the road. IF we had gotten a ticket I would NOT have been a happy camper.
