Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had renting from U-Haul through Mbeelink Global Logistics LLC. I reserved a truck for 10:00 AM, and it wasn’t ready until over an hour later. Then the owner and employees acted like I was the inconvenience for expecting the truck at the time I reserved it. As one of the workers drove off to fill the truck with gas, the loading ramp came loose and started dragging on the street. After seeing that happen, I obviously wanted to conduct a thorough inspection before taking the keys and driving off myself. While I was doing that inspection, I somehow became a problem for the company because the employees parked the Uhaul in a way that blocks their own driveway while they were unloading an 18-wheeler. They then yelled at me because I was “taking long” to move the Uhaul out of their own way. Mind you, I had already waited over an hour patiently for the truck to even be ready. On top of that, the entire back of the truck was slippery from oil residue. Which was a safety issue as I was loading and unloading my belongings with the truck. Customer service was a complete joke and the business was extremely unprofessional. It was pretty clear their third-party shipping operations mattered more than actually handling U-Haul customers properly. Drop-off was just as bad. There was no key drop box, so I had to repeatedly call the owner to arrange for pickup, because I wasn’t about to get charged for extra day over their lack of organization. The location itself is also in a pretty shady area. Moving is already stressful as is, may want to choose a different location…. 0/10. Would not recommend.
