MC Cabs were terrible to work with I had a reservation for pickup at 10am someone called me the morning of at 836am asking if I could come right then to pick up. I had to wait for my second driver we got there at 930 the place was locked I then called them as the app wasn’t working and the guy was extremely rude and said he didn’t know how to work it and hung up on me. I thought maybe the call dropped I called back several times to someone picking up the phone and hanging up. I eventually called UHaul customer service who walked me through the process. I located our U-Haul that had a trailer parked in front that was extremely heavy that my fiance and I had to move by hand. The back of the U-Haul was dirty and the utility dolly that i also rented was not in there. We returned the next day to the same location and they were once again rude and wouldn’t take the utility dolly charge off I once again had to call U-Haul customer service who gave me a refund. This company should not be renting uhauls as they give U-Haul a bad name.
