The truck had no fuel when I picked it up. The check engine light came on 20 minutes after I left. Roadside service said its OK just drive it. It got around 7 mpg and no power the whole trip.

Facility is dirty. Employees were not friendly and service is slow.
Kyle MBuilding area very dirty and unorganized. Contact individual was wearing dirty clothes and unshaven. He was also a little scared and made me feel uncomfortable.
CHRISTY LStaff was not very friendly. Did their job fine, but they didn't seem like they wanted to be there serving customers.
Andrew TPickup place in East Peoria was super sketchy. Customer service guy was sleeping in a recliner behind a shady looking computer setup on top of a dirty folding table. Location was dark and dirty
