Easy process overall. I would just consider a no smoking preference in vehicles. Would rent from this location again though!
Joseph Ptruck was filthy, I had to go right get windshield washed before I could drive it anywhere. i ordered an appliance dolly that they told me I had to go pick up from a different location. the truck also leaked water on stuff during move as it rained during my move.
tamara bVery disorganized; we had to correct several errors during the transaction, we were unable to add another driver to our policy (who came in person with a driver’s license) because they didn’t know how to do it, overall very poor customer service experience.
