Location was closed. No personnel. No instructions other than a posted phone number to Uhaul that did not work.
MAX TBetter customer service. Better app, when located is a app pickup. One location I was sent to by a person the location was not showing up on the app. I had to go to four locations be for I could find a truck for rental. On one location it was supposed to have someone there, the place was closed at 4:30. Also had problems with returning the truck on the app. Maybe have to spend more money next time and go with another company. Side of the truck says gentle ride was not.

Victoria HThe 26' Fords have a high hood and need mirrors to help drivers see the front area better, like a school bus. Helps protect children and prevent contact with things like other vehicles, cyclists, buildings, and especially gas pumps.

Ernest GYou can have a truck at the location that the original reservation was made for. I was highly highly upset when I arrived at the original location to find out that there was no truck for me. We were moving my mother-in-law out of state to memory care and we had a telehealth interview scheduled that morning, and I have movers coming to load the truck. And there was no truck for me. I had to wait until the original location found the second location for me and I had to drive there to get it and it messed up our schedule for the whole day. No one called me the day before to let me know that this was going to be the case. I got no text or no email about it either. This is no way to run a business where people have many many things lined up for a long distance trip. Are moving in the situation was highly stressful enough not to have to deal with the fact no truck was ready for us at the location originally reserved.

JASON MLocations were good. Software to turn in the equipment was very user friendly and straight forward however, the photos loaded and I had to call to verify that the check in had actually been registered. It would be nice if the system worked.

SCOTT Fno cardboard boxes available at this location. after we put the car on the trailer, it was obvious that one of the trailer tires was severely under inflated. we stopped at the nearest gas station to inflate that tire from 20 to 60 lbs.

MARK SInside of the truck could have used some cleaning out, but it didn't interfere with the ability to drive it and get my furniture moved.
Sara MThis was the second location after I went to the original location of my pickup. When I arrived they informed me that my reserved trailer was not there. So I had to call a 1-888 number so they could find me another trailer. This issue set my trip back an hour. Not happy about that part.
DARRELL RThe associate was very friendly and helpful when he realized I had never driven a truck before. I will say the location is a little tricky in that it's out there away from the main roads a little ways.
MARISA RThe right fender bracket was bent and I didn’t know this until I loaded car on the trailer. After loading the car the fender was rubbing the tire. I used my own personal jack to bend the bracket so I could use the trailer. I can provide pictures if needed
PHILIP MThe tire pressure light stayed on the entire time I had the truck. The fuel tank was not full.

JOHN SVery friendly person, but didn't know much about making changes to the U-Haul system. Other places I have been knew how to tailor the reservation for efficiency but they didn't have a truck for me this time. The lack of being able to tailor the job costs the customer in the end being that the drop off locations are always outside the mileage limitations of the reservation. That drop off location can be changed by the site manager, not the person booking the job.
DAVID HThe virtual pick up was unclear on the app, but the store owner came by to help us out. Mr. McCurley was incredibly helpful, and I would rent from him again.

THOMAS SThe trailer jack was rusty and needed lubrication. Also the strap rachets for the front tire straps are worn and corroded. I recommend U-Haul maintain this car trailer better
