Made it all very easy
Carla BaumThe staff were hostile and unapproachable to other customers and the tow truck drivers. Apparently it’s a real burden to speak to someone when I tried to return the truck the woman completely ignored me and shut the gate then they called and asked where the keys were after I messaged them and told them where they were. Finally they charged me more for whatever BS fees then the actual rental I cleaned it out completely even took trash over there that was there before I got it put it perfectly in its spot with the keys attempted to speak to them and ignore me and when I called them about it they hung up on me. Marjorie RedmondLocation provided the wrong key in the beginning, resulting in losing an hour of time for myself and my friends/family helping. The dispatcher was excellent and put extra effort into getting the key with the available resources on a Saturday morning. The person in the office did not seem to care my time was wasted due to their mistake.
hannah schoemehlWas set to pick up my uhaul at 9am on a Saturday but was never told to check in early so I could get it before they opened at 10am from the lockbox. Left and came back at 10am, but the person manning the uhaul business didn’t arrive until 10:15am, by this time there were already 5 other people in line. This person seemed frantic and I believe didn’t know they were supposed to show up that day for work, so I don’t know details of what’s going on for them personally but I do know it was irritating for myself and others. Once they came and we’re able to assist, things seemed to run smoothly but the lack of communication was frustrating.

TALLIS LOCKOSThe location opened 15 minutes late on both my pick up and drop off date. On pick up date, after being 15 minutes late to open for business, the customer service rep completed my transaction and stated he would meet me at the vehicle. After 10 minutes waiting I went back inside where he had decided to attend to the next customer before finalizing my rental so I could depart. Business was late to open on consecutive days, unhelpful customer service and seemed to careless about my time. Will not rent from uhaul or this establishment again or recommend their service.

Returning the equipment was very difficult as well. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. We will not be using you again

Ann McDonaldStore needs to open on time. Vehicles should be fully service and cleaned. Truck was on dead empty when I picked up truck. They gave me a gas discount but when I return truck they took discount away. If it was the customer uhaul would have charge huge gas service on the customer. My gas discount should have stayed since I had to service the vehicle.

Monica AaronThey said the fuel gauge was between .5 and .75 but it was closer to .5. When I returned at that level, they thought I was missing a few gallons and charged me for it. I didn't have time to challenge them since I was in a hurry
