The location is very convenient for me as it's close to my house. The pick up and return processes were quick and easy.

I was confirmed to pick the truck up prior to the shop (McNamara) opening, via mobile app. I got there an hour prior to McNamara opening, and the mobile app did not work. I called U-Haul and they said that this location did not have mobile app service available. ??? This was contrary to the information I got from McNamara when they called the day prior to confirm the service and the mobile app pickup. Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour until McNamara opened in order to pick up the truck. This was a huge inconvenience, and I thought this had all been confirmed, especially with the call from McNamara the day before the pick up. When McNamara opened their shop, they said that the mobile app should have worked. U-Haul and McNamara need to get it together!!!!!! The truck was nice and clean, and otherwise, in good shape, except for the fact that it only had 1/4 tank of gas in it. This was disappointing also since I HAD to fill the tank before starting out on our trip with our furnishings. This was just another unanticipated inconvenience that I did not expect to deal with in renting from U-Haul. Your tanks should ALWAYS be filled to make your customers happy upon pick up!
