I have about six photos to show how dirty the inside of the U-Haul was and the counter person lied and said they cleaned it. The experience was not a good experience at all. I have rented your house throughout my life I would never recommend this place to anybody in fact I’m going to put a review out on it, very shady transaction

Stop falsely blaming wrong customers for vehicle damage. I was being blamed for a damage I didn't do on my behalf until I showed the image of the vehicle before I left the location right after I got the keys. I feel either I was trying to be scammed or they were not on top of it for keeping track of damages per customer.

1st time at this fairly new establishment. Wonderful and great place. Bought a pizza after returning truck, delicious.

Lousy experience, called UHaul corporate location the morning of rental to verify unit was ready, was told yes just come in. Upon arrival they said that the rental was transferred to a location across town. Horrible communication, called U-Haul to discuss after the rental and never heard back back. No communication, all corporate issues not related to pickup or drop off locations

The vehicle ran ok but there was a huge crack in the windshield that wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand

Cab could've been cleaner. It had food residue on the floors throughout entire cab. Presentation. Not a deal breaker. Really very friendly people working there. My overall experience was great. I was very surprised when U-Haul called me the evening before to inform my location changed. Best customer service I have seen in many many years.

First of all they had kid that was probably about 12 years old working and he tried to charge me for items that I did not receive and tried to say that the my starting miles were wrong. The other person working there was inexperienced. I would not rent from this location. Thank god I was only returning equipment.

Antes de recoger la unidad en esta ubicación 6828 w Oklahoma Ave, < hay nos trataron Exelente , pero antes de esa dirección fuimos a esta otra dirección 1500 S 1st ST, Milwaukee wi 53204 y ami y a mi esposa nos trataron muy mal , Un empleado nos trató con mucha arogancia , pienso yo que nos trato así porque no sabíamos hablar inglés pero yo tengo traductor de Google en mi teléfono y le solicite una camioneta y el empleado sos traducía con su teléfono y se mostraba un poco molesto por no hablar inglés, pegando su teléfono en nuestra cara a mí y a mi esposa como si estubieramos Ciego . Debería de aver siempre una persona que hable español en todas las ubicaciones de U-HAUL. En esta última ubicación jamás volveré a ir Para alquiler de una unidad.
