Side mirrors didn’t say in one position
Zachary EI am super disappointed in the fact I had to pay over $90 in gas when I know for a fact I did not use $90 worth of gas. The gas tank wasn’t full when I got it and I filled it when I returned it, and ended up over paying a significant amount. Extremely frustrating
Kyle AIt was my first time renting a truck. A 14 year old checked me out and didn’t confirm our email or phone number correctly. We got no information about all the extra charges. I asked how it was charged and he told me by milage and pay for gas. We had issues with our move so when we returned it everything was over $500 plus! I asked what number and email they sent the contract to and they were both wrong. Very upset that there was a language barrier and a 14 yr old conducting business as he was nice but not old enough to get the important information done correctly. The manager and other guy they put on the phone to speak about that were very rude condescending passive aggressive and broad brushed the entire situation claiming I “should” know how rentals work. Very disrespectful and I will never rent from there again. Definitely do not recommend the service. The truck and materials were very dirty. They don’t clean in between customers either. Bad business and they do not have good customer service at all
