I did not appreciate having to be sent to a different location 30min one-way from the location I originally requested in order to pick up the equipment. I would not recommend U-haul and if any one tells me they will be renting, I will be telling them that they can and most likely will be sent to other locations 30min or more out of their way in order to pick up the equipment. No one at the location I wanted to pick up the uhaul or the customer service line I spoke to on the phone told me this information about being notified within a couple of days of pick up that the location will be moved.
