Thanks to SPECIALIST TARA, I had my first and greatest experience with U-HAUL by TRI-STAR. In my state of ignorance to the process, Miss Tara answered every question and eliminated much of my ignorance. I am meticulous in the things that I do therefore, I returned the vehicle even cleaner than when I picked it up because I believe in taking care of my possessions as well as others. My only complaint with the facility is the grounds. I GAVE THE 5-STAR BECAUSE OF THE FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS BY TARA. The OUTSIDE APPEARANCE IS A TURNOFF; I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A SNAPSHOT! THE Landscaping and grounds are in dire need of care! In exiting. I could not see because of all of the bushes that have grown up, so please have someone to groom the grounds and cut the grass. Otherwise the facility is really excellent and the services received were fantastic. Thank you Tara because you are the one who makes the difference in the quality of services at that location. Owners, please cut the grass and trim the shrubbery ASAP as the grounds look terrible and desolate. For my and other customer’s safety, this is dire! Thank you for your immediate action! NLB

Tera was extremely patient and very knowledgeable with the U-Haul process. She answered all my questions effortlessly. If anyone needs a U-Haul or a storage room PLEASE GO SEE TERA SHE WILL HOOK YOU UP!
