My truck mileage was off by over 2k miles and gas was listed as full even though it was quarter full. This all made for a very complicated check-in/out process. Also cargo area was not clean, only had 10 of the 12 moving blankets and the dolly was untied rolling around. Seems like nobody checked the truck in correctly at this location.

This was aabout as seamless and hassle free a rental as one could possibly expect. I checked availability by phone, went in and finalized the rental, and returned the truck to the same location. Everyone was friendly, and efficient. A word to the wise: unless you need to return after hours, forget about using an app, and pick up your phone. It's far, far less trouble. Thanks McNamara!

The entire online process is a mess, from booking to attempted mobile device check out. Booking with a mobile device is a no go, not set up for use. The pick up process failed and I used a representative at the location.

The truck was clean but the ride was extremely bouncy. Couldn't drive very fast or would bounce up and hit head on hood. We returned after hours and there was a code box for keys but we weren't given a code. We called 800UHAUL and were on hold for 30 minutes. Finally we gave up and put the keys through the mail slot in office door.

the location was fine but for some reason the drop off location listed for my order on the app and paperwork no longer has a contract with UHaul. So it totally screwed my drop off because I couldnt get the code for the drop box when I did an after hours return. The confusion with keeping them in the system made most of my experience with this rental tortured and miserable. It's UHaul's fault, not the place where I picked up the truck

I was told at the time of reservation I would be renting a 10Ft truck without a doubt. They gave that truck to someone else and was given a 15ft. I was not informed on where that pick up would be and drove around to try to find it. I wasted over an hour. That was not communicated to me about the location. It took over an hour to make the reservation because the uhaul computer system did not work correctly. I needed to uploaded my divers license photo in order to make the reservation - again the uhaul rep could not make this work correctly and was on the phone with tech support. This is the worse rental experience I have ever had. I demand a partial refund for an extremely expensive 2 day rental. The truck was terrible.

Two things... first, the office was antiquated at best. Second, and most important, I was charged $25 for not folding the packing blankets I rented for $10 without EVER being warned about the surcharge for not folding. I called to voice my concern at is was met with apathy and no action to address my concern. The location said it was U-Haul’s policy to charge that absurd fee.
