Rented me a faulty trailer, that was unsafe and had a horrible burning smell from the tires, I returned the trailer right away, and explained what was going on. My refund for the trailer was lousy $91 from a $360 charge. I couldn’t use the defective trailer, didn’t get my car towed home to montana, and was ignored and pushed off by staff for 8 days. I’m absolutely disgusted at the treatment and insulting “refund” I received. I could see charging me $90 for the 4 hours I had the trailer, but no way should I have paid $270 for a broken trailer that ruined my whole trip and reason for coming to Washington. Nobody seems to care, and nobody did anything to make this situation right. I’d NEVER go back to this place again.
