This is the second time that I got a equipment with few malfunction indicators on which makes you very uncomfortable when driving in the city, I hope you would fix those problems before you rent the equipment, otherwise everything works very smoothly and great and easy online drop off and pick up

I booked a reservation at white bear lake location. However no trucks were available despite confirmed reservation. Luckily, I was given truck at St Louis location. U haul software needs to explain why they didn't reserve an actual vehicle for me? Also, you charged me at least extra 50 miles because of farther location for me.

The person who worked at the uhaul was extremely rude and not helpful. The cargo van was supposed to be ready at 7am, but when I went to do online check in it said to go to the location at 9am when they opened. That is 2 hours past when I needed the van. When I got there again at 9am she said it wasn't her fault or her problem that the van wasn't ready. Terrible experience.

I did not get the dolly or furniture pads I requested and do not want to be charged for those. The pick up process also was not very smooth. It said there was a person on the premises, which is why I picked that location, but they were out of the office, so when I was trying to do the pick up, it took quite a while to get everything in order. The return process was better, but could also be improved.

Set a appointment at 9 am on July 31st. When I got there nobody was there to open the location. Waited till 9:15 when I called another location and I'm assuming a manager came and opened the store and helped me check out. Unfortunately my friend left his phone in the truck. We called the location the next morning at 9, 9:15, 9:45 then finally at 10:03 we finally had somebody answer and say they needed to check the trucks. Got a call an hour later that it was there and that we would be there soon. Got to the store around 11:38 and it was closed again. 3 customers were waiting outside including myself waiting to be helped. Near 12:50 we finally got info that the phone was in the drop box. I'm very unpleased with the lack of staff and poor communication. Will not be recommending any of your stores in my future.

The site was unstaffed. The Door was locked when I tried to return my rental. It was during normal hours and I wasn't prepared for it. I waited for a bit and then used the key drop.

Probably the worst service experience I've ever had, and I truly mean that. My interactions with the office personnel at the location were fine, but between their vehicle service people, the app, and the customer service line... wow. Here's the breakdown: -Make online reservation for mobile checkout -Show up to pick up truck, but the website and app both won't allow me to do anything. Go in to the service desk, find out the system seems to be down, set up a new time to pick up a truck first thing next morning. Frustrating to have to postpone things and make a return trip... but whatever technical difficulties happen. -Show up first thing next morning. Wrong key in the lock box, can't pick up truck until office opens... three hours later. -3 hours later I finally pick up the truck. Don't have a contract or access to odometer/ fuel report. -Return truck, find out I'm being charged double what I should be because someone there didn't fill out the correct mileage and fuel level. -People at office apologize but say there's nothing they can do because of it being a mobile checkout, I'll need to call customer service. Customer service tells me there's nothing they can do, hints I'm making it all up, but I'll get a call back from a district manager who does have the authorization to do something. Days later still no call back. -I get ANOTHER transaction posted to my account from Uhaul. Unclear as to why.

Rudest woman I've met in a very long time. Yelled at me for calling her phone number (which was on the front door with instructions to call), when I showed up for a van at the scheduled time, and nobody was there. She berated me and complained the entire time, even though all of the errors were on their end. I was also charged a cleaning fee even though there was trash in the van when I picked it up. I was also moved out of my storage unit prematurely and had to be re-entered into the system to get another code, despite an email chain confirming that my vacate date was May 28. Totally awful experience, will never return, will tell everyone I know to avoid it.

I Reserved two furniture dollies and none were available, reserved 36 blankets only 26 were available. On my reservation I did not want the safe move and found out I was charged for that not happy.

I rented 2 Uhauls, and had 2 issues. When I returned the first Uhaul, I was told that I hadn't filled it back up with gas, even though I had just come from the gas station. When I rented the second Uhaul, I was told that I hadn't returned the first. Incompetent much?

Truck was fine, additional equipment I reserved was not on-site and I was informed as I checked in. I was refunded for the equipment (4 wheel and appliance dollies/hand trucks) but it made moving extremely difficult.

Did not have the dolly's or the hand truck I reserved from a week prior. Truck windshield was covered in snow, fuel tank was marked full but when I started it it was just a touch over 3/4 tank. Will not rent from this location ever again!!

No one available on site to assist with online check out issues. I spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with a UHaul customer service rep who was extremely helpful. There was a sign on the door with a number to call because the on site person was “at lunch”. We called that number and were told he'd be back in about 30 minutes and we should just check in on line. Very frustrating experience. When I returned the van I told the attendant the furniture dolly I reserved was not in the van so my invoice needed to be adjusted. His response was that this location doesn't have dollys so I must have reserved it somewhere else. Then I get a call from someone else asking if I'd used the dolly because it wasn't returned! I told that person I never received the dolly and had been told that location doesn't even rent dollys! Now, I'm being charged for the dolly anyway. Thus my poor review of this UHaul location. Tried to electronically sign over my keys, but the page kept malfunctioning. Got hit with the $20 fee the next day. Not exactly a problem with this location, but the website constantly malfunctioning felt like a sleazy cash grab.

The overall online check-in experience was great! The only thing I could recommend to improve would be that after doing the initial check-out of the truck, there was no link from that check-out screen and no email which provided instructions or started the process for checking the truck back in. After some confusion, I eventually signed back in on the main U-Haul site and saw the “Return My Truck” link, but it could have been more intuitive to find that link. But overall, very clean, very convenient, and a good value!

3800 Louisina did not act in good faith. Turns out my order 23742272 was changed. Pay one way and then when they delivered it they decided where they would deliver it. They assigned me Bloomigton which is 1:30 minutes from Saint Cloud. Call they kept calling me back and never did. I do not recommend them. It was humiliating, a lack of consideration, I paid 20: 00dlrs from Saint Cloud to Saint Louis Prk. 612 876 7054The young man who attended me at 3800 said that online orders are not considered correct. Because you do not know the trucks available.

When the UHaul office e-mailed my receipt to me, I couldn't find it in the email so I had to go back inside to the office to ask how to find my receipt. I was told the receipt was in the UHaul website that was e-mailed to me. I was told I would need to establish an account on the website in order to see my receipt. This is totally inconvenient for the customer. UHaul, like every other business, needs to simply e-mail the receipt to the customer's e-mail address where the receipt is a PDF file that can be easily opened up. The customer shouldn't have to go into any websites, etc. to find a simple receipt. Other than that, the UHaul office was tremendously helpful.

The employee at the counter complained to me, a customer, about a different customer. That never makes for good business. I asked for a utility dolly and she gave the impression that she did not attempt to get one but provided me with an appliance dolly again giving the impression she was doing me a favor by not charging me for it. The appliance dolly was not helpful for my situation.

Why the 'out of hours' $20 surcharge? I brought the trailer back around 8:30pm Sunday evening, so it would be checked in at 9:00 on Monday. Why the charge? What were my options? How could I have avoided the penalty?

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the vehicle was not ready. The keys were still in the outside lockbox and it took some time to get that straightened out. This is nitpicking, I understand, but I don't think it would be too much to expect them to be prepared when I had reserved the van and arrived at the agreed upon time. Otherwise I was very happy with the overall transaction.

Considering that I made my reservation 2 months in advance, I thought that every effort should have been made to pick up from my preferred location (Baldwin, WI) picking up from MN not only cost me more money; your rep just gave me a print out of the how to instruction to properly load vehicle unto equipment; claiming that he had never done it before.

I had some issues with the web application while picking up. I had an error show up on my screen and even after refreshing it would keep saying I had an error because there was no photo of my van. Because of this, I didn't know if my rental had gone through and I waited an extra 45 minutes to leave. I tried calling but was on hold for a while and never spoke to anyone.
