The front area of the van could have been a little cleaner. There were crumbs and sticky stuff all over the cup holders/center console area. Other than that, pick up/drop off was very easy and convenient.

Corey CIt was closed when I returned the truck. A u haul app was required. When I went to the apple App Store I got the message “not available in your area “ So I called and faced with over an hour wait, choose a call back. Checked in that way. I was forced to answer questions that should have had the NA option since the drop off location was closed.
