Kind of a hassle taking pictures of the Trailer and the Parking spot where we dropped it off. It was dark outside so I wonder how well the pictures looked. The process was also a bit complicated.

Approval of previous customers should be recognized and make the check out more efficient and fast, sometimes it takes almost half to an hour to check out, when you call customer service it takes too long to get your phone answered, that’s the only issue, otherwise everything else is fantastic, I will keep using u -haul for my future work
