A rep onsite during all available pick up hours would be nice. I struggled with the check in process because there’s very spotty AT&T cell service in that area and it would not permit me to upload pre rental photos. I was just in a loop so I left with the truck and hoped for the best.

Truck was almost out of gas. I put $20 of gas in it but wasn’t sure I got credit for it.

Kellie CThe front area of the van could have been a little cleaner. There were crumbs and sticky stuff all over the cup holders/center console area. Other than that, pick up/drop off was very easy and convenient.
