The self serve app wouldn't allow me to upload pictures of the truck after. The man that I spoke with was friendly and helped me complete the drop off process. But I was charged for an additional day of rental because I brought the truck back at 4 instead of 2. Even though I didnt get the truck until 2 hours after my pickup time due to the basically unusable self serve app. And I never got the call from the pickup location prior to my pickup time. The whole experience was terrible. But it was not this locations fault.
