The location we picked up and dropped off the equipment was wonderful. The workers were all very kind and worked hard to navigate your website. The problem I have with U-Haul is the website and the procedure. Making a reservation without a guarantee that the vehicle will be available is not convenient for most people planning a move. I had to call several times to get updates of which were worthless. Being told you'll get an email the day before the reservation date is unacceptable/

Colleen KOther than my initial 26'-foot truck contract was changed and I had to call your customer service to rectify it, my overall experience was excellent. The young lady that I spoke with at customer service was so extremely helpful, kind, and apologetic for the situation but proactively found me the requested truck and confirmed my contract. Then the agents at the location of the pickup site were amazing, accommodating, and very friendly. Upon return of the truck, the cell service was quite spotty. After trying for about 30 minutes to close out the contract and return the truck online, I ended up calling your service again. Same thing, outstanding service and very accommodating. I will promote and will definitely use U-Haul in all my future moves. Thank you.
